Founders

Alexandra Jakob, founder and director of Globe Wealth, brings extensive entrepreneurial experience to the company's investment strategy. Her track record of building and successfully exiting businesses informs Globe Wealth's approach to identifying high-potential investments and supporting growth-stage companies.
Her notable achievements include:
- Starting with a single childcare centre in 2007, Alexandra built what became Little Learning School, which grew to 54 centres with 2,500 employees, becoming one of Australia's largest privately-owned childcare groups. The company was sold to US-based Bain Capital in 2018 and Busy Bees in 2020.
- Founding BondiBoost in 2018, an Australian haircare brand that achieved international success through partnerships with major retailers like Boots UK, Sephora, and Ulta. BondiBoost was acquired by Gauge Capital in 2021.
- Co-owning and executive producing Memory Bites, a 2025 television series hosted by chef Matt Moran that explores the life stories of prominent Australians through food. The show premiered on SBS and was acquired for international distribution by BBC Studios.
- Co-founding Jingle in 2025, a fintech platform that provides fair, fast, and fully digital access to personal loans for everyday Australians, using smart technology and data-driven insights to deliver inclusive lending solutions.
Michael Burn's career spans fintech, retail, and sales leadership. As Co-Founder of Jingle, he is reinventing the personal finance sector with an ambition to set new precedents in responsible lending and a heightened focus on recognising domestic and financial abuse signals to ensure credit governance standards surpass those found anywhere else. Michael continues to bring entrepreneurial breadth, commercial discipline, and a deep understanding of brand growth to future investment opportunities.
His notable achievements include:
- Co-founding Jingle in 2025, a fintech platform providing fair, fast, and fully digital access to personal loans. Built on smart technology and compliance-first processes, Jingle delivers approvals in as little as 60 minutes while embedding safeguards to protect customers.
- Co-founding Statement Clothing, a streetwear label that expanded to retail stores in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Michael combined brand authenticity with digital marketing and sales execution to create a business that succeeded both online and offline.
- Driving commercial results across recruitment, real estate, and security technology, where he built and managed high-performing sales teams that consistently exceeded growth targets.
